TSA-118Features:
Designed for blasting medium and small parts, such
as cast iron, forged , aluminum, precision Cast iron,
heat treatment, and other small pa rts.An explosion-proof
model is also available, especially ideal for small
magnesium alloy parts.
TSA-154Features:
1. The machine is PLC controlled.
2. The parts to be blasted are placed in a bucket,
and then automatically loaded into blasting machine
through a hoist. Once blasting is accomplished, parts
are automatically out fed through vibration conveyor.
3. Steel shot Collection System：The Screw Conveyor
is equipped with a heavy grit sieving device for automatic
exhaust.
4. An air operated steel shot separator, built on
the top of elevator,fully separates steel shot from
sand and dust, reducing parts wear to a minimum.
5. A steel shot reservoir, located on the top of elevator,
combined with adjustable steel shot supply(manually
adjusted through air control),ensures constant steel
shot supply and reduced blasting time.
